What do we offer?
Pre-event planning
Unlimited email and text communication for questions and advice, from time of booking
5-6 Zoom meetings (beginning 4 months before your wedding date)
Pre-event checklist and Day-of planning document
Review of rental orders, and vendor contracts
Communication with all vendors prior to wedding
Wedding Day Timeline Creation
Venue visit, if requested
Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination, including assistance for officiant
Day of Coordination, including
Arrival at least 3 hours prior to ceremony
Coordination of family, wedding party and guests
Day of wedding management including decor finalization, vendor coordination, ceremony coordination and timeline management
Departure of venue no earlier than final reception event (typically cake cutting)
Answering questions, solving problems, and executing your wedding day just as you envision it!
Our goal is for couples to enjoy their wedding day, stress-free and focused on having fun and making memories.
Where do we work?
Types of sites: Most of our events are backyard weddings, and at local venues that do not have their own on-site coordinator(s).
Location: We are based in Stockton Springs, and our focus is Downeast and the greater Bangor area. That said, we'll go anywhere! Especially, if there are pretty ocean or mountain views in the background.
What do we charge?
Our price varies slightly based upon the complexity and location of your wedding. Interested in booking for 2026? Reach out and request more information.
In 2026, our wedding coordination package begins at $2250. When pairing our event coordination with bartending services it will be discounted by $250. Please request a quote for more information.
Are there any additional costs?
Generally, no. We try to keep things very simple for you (and us!). The only additional costs may be for travel, if it is a considerable distance from our location, or event clean up at the end of your wedding day.
